6/18 Enquired via WhatsApp about Submariner availability. Had follow up questions on VSF vs Clean. Instant replies, extremely patient. Sent through link for Wise transfer
6/20 QC photos arrived. Very detailed and high res, and included video of the testing, and also video showing winding, setting time, full rotation of bezel and full cycle through each date on the date wheel — incredibly thorough by comparison to other TD's.
6/22 Item shipped, with a photo of address label. I'd made an error pulling down state menu on web site and wanted to be sure it was resolved.
7/3 Item arrived. Filmed unboxing. No issues. Watch was running and already set to correct date. Watch is beautiful and as described.
The WhatsApp interface was speedy, incredibly patient and personable, and a really reassuring way to do business. Whoever monitors the account answered what they could clearly and helpfully and went above and beyond. The QC experience was great — really high res imagery and those video demos were a really nice touch.
I've had good experiences with InTime, documented on another thread, and wasn't looking to switch, but had also been curious about C-Time after seeing the videos they'd posted comparing reps to gens, and hearing about other people's experience of customer service, so was curious if they'd deliver on the promise. They truly did, and with really impressive speed for the turnaround on the whole order. I'll be buying here again. Photos to follow, because...photos...
