Hi all,

I have been offered a Gen Pam Luminor Marina for around $950. Since I know very little about PAMs, my question is twofold:

1) Is this legit?
2) If it is real, is this a good price

LOL, it looks like a 50 dollar canal street fake to me.
Without going any further just look at the gap in the crown guard to case. A 6k watch doesn't look like that mate.
Neither do 6k watches sell for under a grand. Come on man, you have been here for 3 years, you know better.

I believe there are many posts in this forum on this piece. My friend if you not bother searching, you can simply refer to ale guide in the sticky, it holds so much information that will help answer your question.
Enjoy

I give you good deal on a better watch, only a fraction of the asking price. :D Seriously, you can get a top of the line PAM111N (which is roughly what the guy is selling you) V3 for around 280$, add 100$ more for the Y-incabloc mod, and you've got a wayyyyyy better watch than what the guy is selling you (where did you find him by the way?).

Thanks for the advice all.

Thank you for pointing that out. I've been here a while, but I don't really use the forums too often, especially this part of town (hence the low post count).

Thanks for mentioning this, I'm reading it now!

As for where I found the guy, some of the folks at work know that I enjoy collecting watches, and they sent this to me. I actually found a very nice gen Maurice Lacroix through a referral just like this, so I entertain these as often as I can.
