First time order with PureTime

Excited to make my first rep watch order with PureTime. Decided to pull the trigger after a lot of research on user reviews and rep models. Will keep you all updated on progress.

23-07-2022 - Received tracking number to Canada Post, but it does not exist. Is this normal or is it a delay in the system? Should I contact tracking puretime or sales?

02-08-2022 - After contacting Shuang ([email protected]), was told to wait a few more days. It has been a week and the status updated to "Item delayed - stay tuned for updates". Contacted my local courier and they said that they don't know if the item has been shipped out or not, only that a shipping label has been created.

Is this because the shipping comes from China and is then routed to a local courier? If so, should I be asking for a different tracking number from the Chinese courier?

Shuang keeps providing me the tracking number for my local courier. I am asking for the tracking number that relates to the local courier in China before it transitions to Canada. Is he not allowed to provide this?

It will be only one tracking number provided. There is not a tracking number in China before it transits to Canada.

2022-08-13 I would just like to update you all that I have received my watch and it looks even better in person. The quality is amazing, albeit some issues I had with resizing the bracelet due to screws that were locked in tight.

Overall, I am very impressed with the customer service and quality of the watch. I will definitely be coming back for more, most likely exclusively with puretime. They were with me every step of the way and answered my questions even though they were dumb.

P.S. does anyone know how to deal with tight screws on a bracelet?

PureTime is pure class and they are exceptional at taking care of customers! Glad you remained patient through the tracking as that is a long process always and there is a period where you simply have to wait until local carriers get the package before tracking really pops on the radar. But PT always comes through! Congrats and hope you enjoy the watch and the hobby!
