I recently purchased from JTime as well (early October). I had great communications from both Li and Lana. I received my QC photos after about a week. The tracking number took about two weeks to reach me, and I did not receive it until my rep was in country and through customs! (To be fair, I received a 'photo' of the tracking number sooner, but it did not show up online until it was in country).
So, in my case, the part of the journey from China to my home country was not tracked. I assume this was done to ensure the watch gets to me without being seized.
To me, avoiding customs problems is more important than speedy shipping. I believe long waits right now for both Q.C photos and tracking info are normal.
So, you are not alone in experiencing delays. Next time you could ask your dealer to use a faster shipping method if you wish.
