First time order, just a chronological event of it.

1. 05/17/2024 - Order placed for KRF 36mm Explorer 124270 A2824
2. 05/18/2024 - Payment request received from Alice, Payment made with Wise
3. 05/20/2024 - Payment confirmation received from Alice with QC to follow in 2-3 weeks
4. 05/29/2024 - Saw a special sale for the new VSF 41mm 124060 No Date VS3230 on PT Telegram; only five available, first come first served. Sent a message to Alice on Telegram and received a response within a few minutes. I asked if I could update my order to this and pay the difference. She replied no problem and provided instructions on how to proceed
5. 05/29/2024 - Order placed for VSF 41mm 124060 No Date VS3230, Payment request received from Alice, Payment made with Wise, Payment confirmation received from Alice with QC to follow via PT QC Dept
6. 05/30/2024 - QC pics received from Elena, Approved QC, Received reply from Elena order will be shipped today and expect an update with tracking number in 3-5 days
7. 06/02/2024 - Received tracking info
8. 06/13/2024 - Watch received

Overall, great communication and service from the PT team!

Watch looks great and will be ordering from PT again in the future.
