I wanted to just post quickly here on my experience with JTime.
As like others, i searched the forum and decided to reach out to Li to make a purchase, the watch I decided to go with was the Rolex OP 41 in Tiffany Blue. The watch was not on their website, however Li was able to source it very quickly.
Once I decided to go ahead with the payment, we came across a few issues in regard to payment, mainly due to the reason that I was based in the UAE and WISE for some reason stopped taking payments (we eventually decided to use a the UK as it was more reliable). Li was very patient and helped me through the process to order the watch. Once confirmed, he mentioned that Lana would reach out for QC and delivery and this might take up to 10 days.
Lana reached out in 2 days with pics which were of high res and the watch was exactly what I was looking for. The next email was confirmation on postal address and then then the tracking number. Throughout the whole process the team at JTime was super useful and made the process of ordering your first rep as calming as possible.
All in all it took 20 days from initial contact to having the watch. (I actually dont have the watch on my as it is in the UK, however my father in law checked the watch to see if it worked and sent some pictures - all in perfect condition).
Thank you Li and Lana for a great service and experience. I will be reaching out for a new order soon.
