First time ordering from JTime.

Li is very responsive and in 90% of the times I messaged him, he answered within 1 hour.

23/08/23 - Order was placed and the payment was confirmed by Li through chat.
06/09/23 - Li let me know that the factory had some issues and that the delivery to him was delayed
14/09/23 - Waiting on an update

11/09/23 - ordered and paid. I was told before ordering there would be 2wks for QC pics
30/09/23 - received QC pics

The QC went down pretty good. They've send another set of pictures after I asked for it .
I am more than pleased with Li's service. The overall communication was good and fast. He always responded within 1-2 hours, which is more than acceptable if you keep time differences in mind.
I will definitly order again.
