My first order from Pure Time just arrived this week. It took just about a month from payment to my mailbox. The communication was good and prompt and the whole transaction was seamless.

The watch was flawless and way beyond my expectations. Everything works, everything is aligned. I was standing beside myself. The watch is stunning.
Unfortunately, the bracelet is so small I can’t get it on my wrist. Its so small, it wont fit on the pillow in my watch box. The bracelet is only 155mm (and that’s measuring it on the outside). Really? How many men have a sub 6” wrist? I contacted Maire and she answered in less then 6 hours. (Very good response time). She told me “… this is the regular size from this factory. We can try to source the links, but it might be very hard and takes a very long time probably like months.” I ordered 2, not sure if that will be enough, and in the mean time I ordered an IWC deployment clasp from Esty and a goat skin strap (I really hate straps BTW)
Not happy. I have nothing against Pure Time, they did a bang up job and I couldn’t be happier with their service, but if this is the regular size from the factory, it really makes me think twice about ordering another Rep watch. If I had requested extra links was the original order, I’m assuming I would still be waiting.
