Hi everyone i am a newbie here; first time order for rep watch, asked multiple questions to ctime and got quick respond via whatsapp.

18/02/24 had information about stocks and shipment

26/02/24 payment via wise

28/02/24 qc approved

02/03/24 tracking info received

07/03/24 customs clearance failure in china package returned to seller

14/03/24 new tracking number

30/03/24 customs failure in destination country

02/04/24 contacted with customs it will be returned to the sender.

When it returns to the seller, ctime will ship it back, fingers crossed hopefully this time it will arrive safe and sound.

I found that putting used watch parts works for customs. I sent my sprite over to South Africa, no issues!

Td says they have sent watches before without issues, so I think I was the unlucky one. Thanks for the advice

20/05/24 was not sure about the customs so requested refund.

Yeah man, that sucks, I only buy from seller who has actual watch in U.K., either td or m2m. Maybe a few quids more, but pain free.

I am guessing that this particular route is compromised. That or there is a temporary increase in customs control. It happens from time to time.

Shipping reps is not risk free. Shit can and will happen eventually. What matters is how the TD handles it and @CTime is one of the best at handling shit.
