First order on JTime! Bought this bad boy, still need to send funds as I have not received details as to how to pay by transferwise. Will keep the thread updated as things progress.

So im almost two weeks into this order and I feel compelled to give an update. Ordered the watch 12 days ago, paid JTime without hesitation.

7 July: Order Placed and accepted by Jtime:
8 July: Order Paid for
13 July: Email sent to JTime enquiring as to when I might expect QC Pics as I hadnt heard from JTime.
14 July: JTime replied to my email informing me that there was an error with the factory sending the incorrect model (fair enough mistakes happen)
15 July: QC Pictures recieved, JTime requests that I confirm if all is in order and whether the watch can be despatched.
15:July I send email to JTime confirming that all appears to be in order, model looks good from pictures and to despatch.
17 July: No response from JTime so I confirm if they have received my email.
18 July: JTime reply informing me the watch was despatched to the incorrect person in the USA as opposed to Europe and that it is being redirected to EU. No confirmation received that it has been despatched to me.

No Update since the email from 18 July. Sort of felt obliged to leave this feedback as the majority of the feedback for this TD has been overwhelmingly positive but Im not exactly feeling the same level of 'love' that other users appear to receive from this TD. I have had to reach out to the TD every step of the way bar payment. Still awaiting confirmation that the watch has been sent to me. It might be bad luck but just giving an update as to my experience so far.

Maybe its the fact im new on this forum, I dunno but right now im not feeling too eager to return to this TD.

I ordered a GMT from the same factory (VSF) and I must say, I am astounded by how great it looks. Not only that, but it keeps time better than my Seikos (-1 sec/day). It has been my daily driver since I received it. Regarding the issues you seem to be having, I might ask you to keep in mind a couple of things. First, Li with jtime likely has another job other than this. I have been in communication with him a lot and it seems as though the hours he contacts me have been off hours. I could be wrong, but just bear that in mind. Also, they have a guarantee on their site that if you don;t receive the watch, they;ll send you another. I'm sorry about the delay, but I'd imagine you'll get your watch in the end. I know it's frustrating, sending a significant amount of money to someone on the other side of the world with simply a promise you'll receive what you want- but he has a great reputation here and I feel confident that Jtime will want to keep that... it's bringing them a ton of business. =) Have you tried contacting on Whatsapp? I have found it gets a much quicker response than email. Just a thought...

Watch arrived on Monday, perfect condition. No complaints. DHLs tracking seems to have been the issue as it was marked as "contact DHL" on the tracking site but was delivered almost instantly. Thanks JTime
