Found Jtime through this site and, after more research, took the plunge in January. Almost immediately after ordering I was directed to a WhatsApp conversation with Lin. Sent him the transaction number and my order number and that was basically it. Asked for updates and QC pictures and haven’t heard a word either thru the WhatsApp or emails. What do I do now?
