I am a first time rep buyer. I have a couple of gen Rolex watches that my dad left to me, but I find that I do not want to wear them except on special occasions, but I like the look of the watches and the rep seems the best way to be able to have a watch that you like to wear without worrying too much about damage or a scratch here or there. I really like more of the vintage style so after reading a lot of reviews and looking over websites I decided to give Andrew and Trusty Time a try.
It has been a great experience from start to finish! I had decided on a 5512 Sub and Andrew guided me to the correct version for my wants. Excellent communication starting with the order process, QC pictures, shipping and receipt. Andrew answered all of my questions quickly and completely. Watch took a few weeks to arrive, but made in here in great shape and it is just what I was looking for.
This may have been my first rep purchase, but will not be my last. Already looking at my next watch! And I will use Trusty Time and Andrew again, as I really like the way he made the process easy.
