First time buyer, couple of questions for PureTime

Last night the site said the company would be closed for the Dragon Boat? Holiday. I assumed it meant that a chat function would appear sometime today, Sunday here in the US. Have a couple of questions on availability and payment. Is it okay to ask them here? Thanks! I did read the newbie stuff for the Forums.....great info and really helpful!
