UPDATE: Purchase and Items were shipped and arrived fine after a few hiccups. I've purchased 5 watches in total from them somewhere around 2000 dollars total. However, through this process I've found PureTime Watches Points System to be a bit broken and not reliable.

Nov 19 2020 - Arrived (1 of the 3 watches was missing) They shipped it out no problem and didn't charge me for shipping
~Dec 5 2020 - Missing Watch Arrived
Pros:
+ Customer Service and Response times were generally very fast
+ Shipping only took like a week or so to get to USA

SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
The Points System is somewhat broken for their website. This is more of a criticism for them going forward. More details below:
- After swapping out one watch for one that was in stock ($10 cheaper item) i received no credit for the $10 after asking in email.
- After leaving 2 reviews (they give you $10 a review) it took 2 months and 3 follow up emails of me reminding them. In each email they said they would have management look at it, but then I never got any responses. They had to manually generate 2 coupons for me, however I would have preferred to use them as points instead since you can't combine coupons in the shopping cart.
- After this purchase I had about 1600 points, which i used on an order I decided not to go forward with due to some changes in the watch I wanted. They advised me to redo the purchase, but they never credited me back the 1600 points, so i never repeated the purchase. At this point, I was also dealing with the review credit issue, so my confidence was not high that I would ever see the points again. I have not followed up about the 1600 points yet.
- Now thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I never got credit for the last 2 watches I bought either. That's about 500-600 points.
Suggested Fix for Puretime:
Puretime, please automate your points/coupons system to automatically credit/debit based on your transactions, because your system doesn't seem to be able to reliably and consistently keep up with customer points.

If you would credit me the ~1600 points, last purchase points, and 2 review credits ,then I will buy 2 more watches from you.
