Well I debated for a long time and how to get a fiddy. I wanted a DSN but couldnt justify the 500 price tag...So I found a dealer here, got the Asian movement with sapphire front and back for less that half of what DSN wanted. The I worked on the cg pin, polished and loctited it! I have tried my hand at lume a few times on Rolexs but I decided to try this. I used Flavs experimental G2 lume. It glows right up there with my vaclumed 111h. It dried a nice ivory color. At first I thought it dried a little green but I guess it was still charged from when I had the lights on and off so much when doing it to make sure the lume was even. I enjoyed it and would do it again and plan to when and if I can build a 195...

Full charge for 30 secs and then darkness:

Stuff is so bright it glows during with the lights on!

Yes the hands are relumed too.

I didn't follow just one tut. I read what seemed like all of them on here. And then a few members gave me some pointers through PMs

You're a better man than me to dive in to the watch to make them lume mods. Go boy! I know my fat fingers would lack the finesse to do the job.

How 'bout a wrist shot? I'm also eyeballin' the 1950 but still trying to read up.
