I joined the community only a few weeks ago. Decided on the VSF 116 and went with Trusty Time. I ordered mid April and the watch was in my hand by 1 May - I'm based in the US. The service was easy, felt safe and secure. QC pics arrived 4 days after my order. The watch was basically perfect but as it was my first rep, I had a few questions. The team at TT were very responsive, helpful, gave me advice and then when I was reassured the watch got shipped.
Firstly the VSF is absolutely beautiful. What a watch. What a factory. What a rep. The package came secure, in a tight box - basically bombproof and the watch matched exactly what was shown to me in the QC pics. Thanks so much Andrew and the TT team. Definitely a pleasant first rep experience. Highly recommend it for any newbies like me. Me and TT team already discussing the next purchase hahaha
