First Rep purchase (VSF 114060)- ongoing delay

Hi all,

I pulled the trigger on a VSF 114060 on Feb 10. Steve was very responsive via WhatsApp and payment cleared the next day.

The website showed the model was in stock, and Steve says it was ordered from the factory but there's a delay.

Today is March 6 and still no QC

TL/DR Timeline:

Order: Feb 10
Payment Cleared: Feb 11
Still waiting on QC

If this is too long of a wait for you, this hobby isn't for you. Unfortunately certain models take time to source due to availability. The TD has no interest in delaying your order.

That wont get you a watch quicker. Relax if he cant get it yet he cant get it. Its a factory thing not a td thing.

Getting skeptical about that. There are numerous recent reports of substantially delayed QC from Steve regardless of the factory. I'm three weeks into waiting for QC for two watches from Steve, one from ZF and the other from 3KF. In that same timeframe, I've also placed an order for four total watches from JTime. One of those four watches was from 3KF, two of those watches were from ZF, and the other was from PPF, yet QC for all of them was received within a few days even though they're coming from the same factories as the two I ordered with Steve. One of the JTime ones from ZF was just placed a few days ago, actually, and I was just sent QC a few hours ago.

At the same time, there are also a number of recent reports of customers being told that he hasn't received their payment for weeks after the payment has gone through, both via credit card and bank transfer. So the payment method isn't the issue.

At this point, there appears to legitimately be an issue on Steve's end.

Its a known thing that vsf produces in batches and are obviously very popular. This is a hobby of patience getting wound up is pointless youve got at least 4 watches on the way, its not insulin

I have two tungten heavy day dates on order since Feb one from steve and one from Jtime,, both delayed by factorys so its not just steve. He offered to change my order , I told him im happy to wait. Its part of the intrigue. Patience is truly a virtue lacking by many ..lol

Its all part of the fun , just enjoy it.

Can’t give you enough on your patience comment. To be fair though, I just place my first ever order and while I’m happy to wait I’m also eager to see that beauty in person. I worked closely with Steve (probably somewhat annoyingly in his opinion haha) to find the right watch in stock and he sent QC within a couple of days and now I’m awaiting shipping confirmation. I suspect 2-4 days and I should see that in my inbox.

Steve has been incredibly helpful and it seems his services are in high demand. Either pick another watch or sit tight. It’s your decision, Serum.

First of all, thank you for your support and patience, I hope to give you better service next time, although some models are from the same factory, but the release time of different models will also vary slightly, which mainly depends on when we place orders to the factory, in addition to the factory release cycle is also subject to change.
