After months of research and lurking around forums (namely RWI) I have finally pulled the trigger on my first rep purchase! The PAM1312 by ZF Factory.

I have deliberated over many luxury brands and models for a looooong time and decided, based on threads provided by the very helpful members of this forum (and of course personal preference) to go for the PAM.

A co-worker of mine got me into watches last year and I have since become obsessed! He collects watches, amongst them a Rolex GMT Master II and PAM090. After seeing the PAM and trying it on I knew I had to have one! I can't afford/justify spending on the gen so considered a rep.

I had no idea how far they had come since I had last seen one back in 2005. My then girlfriend brought me back a $15 submariner from Singapore. The thing is still ticking! (And keeps better time than my Seiko 5 Sport). Although the quality of the thing is.... Looks nothing like the gen to a trained eye.

Anyway it takes time to learn, but everything worth knowing is here on RWI, I recommend anyone gearing up to buy their first rep to take their time and read through the threads that these good lads here on the forums have taken time to write up.

I went with Intime for my purchase and found Ryan to be very prompt and helpful! I was prepared for the process to take some time as we all know they are busy. I may have caught him at a good time; I asked if the watch was in stock on the 5th May, QC images within 4 days, shipped on the 10th. It was delivered on the 15th (to Edinburgh - UK). How about that for delivery time??

Unfortunately I was not home to receive the watch and molest it/obsess over it... At work offshore until next Friday...

I'll post some hi-res photos and an update when I get home!

You should remove the QC pics, it's not allowed unless you have a specific question regarding a suspected flaw. Great choice btw.

Although they are QC pics, I think the OP was just trying to show off his watch since he cannot post a wrist shot as the watch was received while he was at work. Maybe we'll see actual wristshots soon as it's already morning in Edinburgh. ;)

Thanks for the heads up pechspils. Did not realise that was against the rules..

mysterio, will be posting wrist shots when I get home on the 26th. Gutted about having to wait that long. Already impulsively bought a strap from Bosphorus Leather...
