Ok, so new update - CTime forcing me to try clear customs with some random shipping/spedition company which cost 130 USD - They said that customs moved the package to the regular process of inspections because the Invoice is suspect - On invoice saying Smart bracelet 20 USD but on HC code showing Jewelry, so they said that they must open a package and see what is inside, to declare real value of the product, (Which means I will lose the watch and lose 130 USD for shipping/spedition company + I can get a huge fine for lying what is inside the package) which makes no sense, because FedEx won't clear customs for me because the Invoice is BAD and the shipper (Malaysia) which is used for triangular shipment is blacklisted on customs in Serbia. So they said that it is better to leave the package so it returns to them and they will ship a new watch with a new method - a new line, and now after a day or two - saying that they can not get the watch when it returns to Malaysia and can not ship me a new watch, so what does it mean - I threw away 644 USD? I really don't know how many people using their WhatsApp because some people say its better to ship back, and others say to try clearing customs.
It clearly says on their website and here below.
"Your parcel has been held up by customs via our recommended shipping method and we can refund you or send you a new parcel as discussed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable."
I will see with
@CTime what will happen soon because the deadline is 02/02/2024 (which is tomorrow) and they will ship the watch back. If they still forcing me to try to clear the customs with that shipping company, not a problem. I will try tomorrow to pay 130 USD but they will seize their watch and we lose the watch and I lose 130 USD - If CTime wants to pay that 130 USD if I lose not a problem (and I explained to them that that will happen and they still forcing me to do it).
