First rep purchase and first with TD CTime. The order was expedited substantially quickly.
12/28/23 contacted CTime to make the order
12/29/23 Was sent PP account info
12/31/23 Received QC pictures (requested the waterproof testing results which weren't included)
12/01/24 Received the video with the waterproof testing results and approved the QC was told that the order would ship and I should have a tracking number in 2 days.
Thus far I have been very pleased with the entire process during the time frames above I did have a few questions which were addressed quickly (ie same day) given the time difference. I'm looking forward to getting the watch in hand very soon.
