Hey guys, finally i got my first Rep a Pam 297. After searching a long time for watches, Trusted Dealers etc. I found the Pam 297.Decided to get it from Ryan from Intime. Big word up for Intime, awesome responsiveness and from payment receive to delivery (triangle to France) in exactly 2 weeks, i gotta say thats FAST. Communication great so far.Now here some pictures of the watch:

I gotta say great quality replica. Machining is great, nice chunky and heavyweight as expected.Only thing i dont feel 100% comfortable is the crown-protection, imagin i fall this would hurt as its really sharp and would press against the upper side of my hand, having the watch on and leaning on my left hand leaves a red spot where protection of crown presses against my hand. I dont think i can do anything against it, can i? tried wearing it a little looser which didnt help too much. Of course thats a design detail i could have know before but i never got the opportunity to wear a panerai.Greetings from FranceSplaszz

A first problem i got though:After couple of hours i checked the time and it was arund 30 minutes behind.. I thought it hadnt got enough power reserve even thugh i moved all the time, gave it an initial handwinding, after 1 hour same prblem it was several minutes behind. shaked it for 20 minutes then it was accurate for around 2 hours but after 3 hurs it was again 3 minutes behind.I find this pretty strange and fear that there is a movement problem.. any suggestions? Ill see tomorrow again but usually it should have enough reserve to even hold a night, no? Its my first automatic watch.Cheers

What i observed now is that smehw the minutes and hours stop running at a certain time but seconds continue to run? What could be the issue?

I know what the issue is: the "clutch system" inside your movement needs to be adjusted. The power is available but due to lack of friction - it is not transported strong enough to move hands. Seconds hands is powered directly from the movement, without any clutch - hence it keeps on working. Find a good watch smith; he will have to disassemble the watch and bend clutch spring to engage better.

Thx Polonus for your response. What kind of money would i face by giving it to a watch-smith? like an average or round-about-value, of course it varies from watchsmith to watchsmith.

i think we are talking about 50% of costs of servicing, so it is better to let it to be serviced AND fixed that clutch problem while being there :) once for good.

okey. and sending it back to intime? would you consider that or is there a high risk of losing the watch?

You will have to service it some day. It is easy fix while servicing. Find a watch smith.
