Found Puretime before I found RWI. I ordered one then seen another I liked so I made a second order. Not knowing how the process works, I sent them an email stating how I hadn’t received confirmation of my second order. They were already on top of it and were kind in their response to tell me they had both orders. I‘ve went down the rabbit hole now and seem to be constantly reading and learning about what to expect in a rep and the process. Looking forward to getting qc pics and hoping they’re in stock. Good experience so far, will keep updated.
