As a first time rep buyer I would say I can say Andrew really nailed it on his part.
My VSF Aqua Terra arrived last week after being a few months in the works, but it is really a gorgeous watch and really happy i chose this one.
It took some time till the watch arrived since the first package probably landed on some UK post office workers wrist /s.
Anyway Andrew quickly posted another QC and it was sent the next day already, in about 2-3 weeks it arrived.
Packaging was foolproof / watertight / everything you need. Package contained the watch itself, wrapped in protective plastic and extra colormatching rubber straps.
All in all Andrew was quick to respond to my emails (few hours tops, even on weekends) and was really helpful with everything. Totally would recommend him!
