Hey all, I thought I’d do everyone a favour and go by the rule of waiting until the entire transaction was successful and complete before posting anything.
Steve is a nice guy, and went beyond the call to make sure he answered me quickly and gave me the info I needed at all times. Very impressive and I’ll work with him again.
I bought a VSF 116610LV which will join a couple of Gen Rolexes I have and a few Tudors and a Nomos, all gen. I thought this would be a bit of fun and I was genuinely interested in the quality of the VSF rep and bought it because I just love the hulk and was never able to get one gen from my AD.
THE PROCESS
I read everything here that I needed to, and decided after all the good feedback I would go with Steve.
Made contact with him on the 3rd of July asking about QC time on a number of watches, he got back to me within minutes. Providing the links and costs and recommending which watch would come to me the fastest.
Over the next few days I asked him for some more info on what would happen in the case of customs intercept etc etc and payment and he was more than happy to set my mind at ease.
Eventually around the 5th or 6th I paid deposit for QC of a 116610LV.
The first one had some quality issues with the clasp. I told Steve I was a little bothered with the clasp and he immediately organised another watch, no questions asked. This came about a day later.
The next one came to me with a perfect clasp, and so I GL’d the watch and paid through PP. Steve gave immediate feedback he had recieved the money, and watch was sent on the 11th with full tracking and recieved today. Super super fast.
More than happy with the quality, and a beautiful looking rep. I’ve never seen a super rep before and think it’s pretty marvellous.
