I purchased my first Rep after plenty of research using this forum and Reddit. I decided to go with Theonewatches and I’m pleased I did, if you’re a first time buyer I’d highly recommend them. I was a bit nervous initially with the concept of wiring money over to someone in china via a WhatsApp chat but to be honest I received much better service with them than a lot of ‘respected‘ companies I’ve bought from.
I chose a VSF 41mm no date sub with black dial.
Here‘s a summary of my experience:
Website: Very good, easy to navigate probably the best website of the TD’s I’ve seen. Prices were accurate and plenty of photos. Really good detailed explanation of the order process also.
Communication: Communication was great, initially placed order via WhatsApp, everything was explained and expectations around when QC and Shipping would be completed were set out. Payment Instructions were clear and confirmation of payment received was sent quickly. Follow up comms were via email which included QC and shipping details. All questions were generally answered within minutes. I never had any issues but if I did I’m confident it would be resolved quickly and professionally.
QC: QC arrived within a couple of days, plenty of photos and a couple of videos showing timegraph and dial movement at all angles which had my order number on.
Shipping; Priority shipping via FedEx, took less than a week to arrive from ship date.
