Ciao Fofo, you need to email Puretime directly with this question. My guess is that Annie Tan is one of the recipients they are using for funds, but it is good that you are doublechecking this. Wise closing your account is nothing I can do about. They can close your account without providing any reasons.@puretime wise has closed my account!
It differs but you can verify it with your order number and amount. The detail should be shown in the paypal request. All good, I am working through the appeal process. It may take a little longer than expected. I thought it would be a straight forward transaction..Wise closing your account is nothing I can do about. They can close your account without providing any reasons.
You can do a quick search and see that many people have encountered this without any solution, even if the business and transfers are legit.
You can try contacting Wise and check with them.

Account has been reopened and funds in tact. No reason given thoughInteresting. Please keep us informed if Wise tell u the reason they closed your account. I am a Wise user too, but I’ve not had any problems with Wise yet.
