First Purchase with Li ; Tudor BB Heritage ZF Red

Hi all, I found this forum 10years ago and stumbled back onto it last week . I went with Li at JTIME and so far everything has been good, he’s quick with responding. I’ll update this thread and keep a log for review for those who are interested.

12/16/19 inquired about watch as it’s not on the site
12/17/19 Li response with a price and also letting me know it is in stock.
12/18/19 Payment sent to Li & he responds saying it was received and that his Service Dept. will email me with pictures in a few days .

will update when I get more info, pretty excited though.

12/21/19 Received QC Pictures -album here .
12/21/19 Sent back some concerns regarding QC Picture . 6 hour marker is inclined to the left , I also think 3 & 9 might be off too . The 25 white marker also looks not aligned with the Inner orange marker.

Service with JTime has been great so far. No complains on my end. I understand that this is not their fault regarding the markers being off.

12/22/19 JTime replied back saying they'll grab a new watch send new QC pictures shortly
12/22/19 Jtime emailed the new QC pictures - in 1 Hour ! ! Super Fast . I was thinking it'll take a few days due to Christmas lol.
12/22/19 Emailed JTime back for 2 more pics of the watch so I can double check if 12 hour marker is lined up - sent me new pics next day
12/23/19 I approved the Round 2 QC , now just waiting on tracking # and I'll post final product when I receive.

JTime Li & Lana are very nice and accommodating , made my purchase easy and no fuss from them. I will use JTime as my TD in the future.

Lastly, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and New year .
