Bought and paid for this 2 days ago. Payment confirmed. Currently awaiting QC.

@Elliot Black please check your email, PM and WhatsApp messages. An emails was sent to me 2 hours ago advising that my order has been shipped, but I didn't receive any pre-shipping notification or QC details beforehand. I have not confirmed that the correct watch is being shipped or that I'm satisfied it's free of serious defects.

Following all of the above, the watch is in hand 23 days after payment was made. That's at the far end of what I've experienced with ~20 previous orders from China to AUS. The gap between confirmation of payment and QC images being sent was the longest, but I've probably been fortunate with others.

My opinion based on the overall transaction:
  • The website was very easy to use to find the watch I wanted
  • Responsiveness to purchase enquires was good, whether via email, RWI PM or WhatsApp
  • Payment was quick and easy
  • Post payment enquiries/comms was okay -- consistency and language varied depending on who responded
  • The QC images and videos provided were exceptional, (being able to view QC images from other people's orders is a smart business move)
  • The tracking function embedded in Andiot's website is a nice touch, but tracking never resolved till my parcel was in country, regardless of which tracker I used (hasn't happened before and almost certainly a fluke)
  • Packaging was good -- the watch in a snap lock bag, bubble wrapped in a box within a box -- and on arrival the watch is mint, and the movement is fully functional and appears to be healthy overall
The very competitive price was definitely a bonus.

If I ever need after-sales service, I'll update here.

Looks good! Did he told you before how much time need for get the watch? In my case I asked him and he was honest telling me that it would take at least 2/3 weeks just for the QC and another 2 more to get the watch and that if I didn't want to wait not to place the order, that’s why I’m still waiting for QC after almost 2 weeks 😅😂
