Hello, I bought my first watch from Trusty time and immediately I encountered many problems, first problem the QC images took too long so he told me that the watch was no longer available (after I paid for it), then I changed my watch and also with the 16610LV I waited more than 12 days that Andrew communicated to me, after 20 days the QC images arrived and to have it at home I waited another month! In total, almost three months have passed! Andrew always replied to my messages very quickly and the watch that arrived home is aesthetically very nice, BUT, but it has two problems Problem 1: the bezel of the watch is not well fixed, it moves and I am afraid that wearing the watch i may lose it Problem 2: the oscillating weight, which allows the watch to wind up, makes noise and noise when it moves because it is not well fixed and rubs against the back of the watch

I told Andrew about these two problems and he told me to send the watch back to him ..... I have already waited 3 months for it and he proposes to send it back when we all know that most of the time the package comes blocked by customs! So I'm sorry but since I bought 16610lv ARF which is top of the range it had to be perfect and have no problems! Unfortunately I don't feel like recommending Andrew to anyone because the watch arrived with problems and I paid a lot for it, and then the waiting time is really too long.

now Andrew is telling me to take it to a watchmaker of mine in my country, but who pays the repairs? i will have to ask him for a refund for this

I had the same issue with the oscillating weight rubbing with a brand new 36 mm DJ GMF, my watch is currently with a watchsmith fixing the issue.

You're not taking into consideration, at least from what I'm reading, that China has Chinese New Year which is a national holiday that is observed by the whole country. So, three months while a lot, it is not abnormal.

Your two issues are diminutive. The bezel and rotor issue can be easily fixed by one of our trusted watchmaker. You should ask Andrew for a discount on your next order instead of a refund.

Andrew isn't a watchmaker to inspect the watches to the perfectionist detail you require.

You will risk sending the watch back to him, and the watch getting lost. Andrew will not refund you if the watch gets lost. It will also probably take another month for him to get it back since from the looks of it, you will not pay a lot of money to get it to him quickly.

Save your time and hassle, take it to a watchmaker.

This here is your biggest mistake. No replica is perfect and without problems. No genuine is perfect without problems. Your perfectionist expectations are your problem and they got you into this very amusing rant.

If you don't want to pay for the repairs, just say so and move on. You're either stuck with the watch or you're risking never seeing the watch or your money again.

So, again, send it to a watchmaker. IT's a fake watch. Relax.

I'll buy the watch from you if it's broken and you don't want to get it fixed. And of course if it's allowed here.

I have 3 watches, I am not a professional watchmaker yet I noticed these two problems as soon as I picked up the watch. Andrew will see dozens of watches a day and knows them better than I do!
Another thing .. ok this is a fake watch but I paid almost 650usd anyway, if he has any problems it is right that the seller let me know, then it was better to buy me a replica for 50usd! I'm sorry but your reasoning is definitely wrong
