Have been reading a lot of reviews about JTime and decided to place my order with them.

I hit Li up on Whatsapp and i made the purchase through messaging him, there was quick process.

31/08/20 - Paid via Transferwise
31/08/20 - Li told me it will take approximately 3-5 business days for QC pictures

I have chosen the A2836 movement because after reading several posts, I have come to the conclusion that it is easier to repair in case that i have any problem

Thanks for the, it seems that this is an old review (2017), I hope the new close is improved as I read in other posts, but I think A2826 is definitely more reliable.

I’m in doubt whether to accept this watch or ask for another, the only two defects that I have seen are a stain at 45 position, I don’t know if it can be removed. And on the other hand the second and big failure and I think the most important one, it is that the watch clasp is broken. What do you think guys ? Do you see any other defect?

The watch clasp is broken???! Are you sure? I received my QC pics a couple of days back, and my clasp also has one of two small blemishes, which I believe are distortions caused by the plastic wraps. I sincerely doubt that they indicate a broken clasp.

it seems to be broken, anyway I asked lana to confirm if the clasp was broken or it was the plastic

7/09/20 - The watch was send

9/10/11 - Since the package was sent to me (7/09/20), I have not been able to see any information through the tracking number. So a month later i contacted Lana and she told me that "HK DHL does not accept Rolex watches at this time" and i have to wait. Is not a problem with that, but I don't understand why other watches that have been sent around the same dates or later have been received by customers and mine has not left the country of origin yet.

i hope that the problem will be solved soon.

Are you able to provide an update, if one's available? I'm experiencing the same problem currently and am a little worried.

There is not any update, I have contacted Lana weekly and she only tells me that DHL is having problems for a few months due to covid. I told them I have no problem with waiting , but it's been 2 months and I'm still in the same situation since I the watch was send to me. I'm starting to worry.

11/11/20 The watch was resend and finally today arrive home!!
