I am a new member here and after I consumed tons of content from this forum (have to say it's an invaluable resource) I wanted to provide my feedback on my first order from Li and my first rep purchase in general.
Timeline
Sunday 09/02/2020 - I emailed Li inquiring about the VSF Aqua Terra 8900 in deep blue (with both bracelet + strap) and the status of the factories (Coronavirus & CNY, etc.)
Tuesday 11/02/2020 - Li replies saying that he can source the watch, tells me the total cost and warns me that the whole process might take longer than usual due to Coronavirus and CNY. I reply and say I'm fine with it and order the watch
Wednesday 12/02/2020 - Li sends me the payment details, I pay using PayPal F&F and on the same day I get a response from Li and payment received confirmation
Tuesday 18/02/2020 - To my surprise I receive the QC pics from Lana just a week after - I GL the watch
Wednesday 19/02/2020 - Lana confirms that she will send the watch as soon as possible and will follow up with the tracking number
Friday 21/02/200 - Lana contact me with the tracking number and confirms she has sent the watch
Thursday 27/02/2020 - I receive the watch and couldn't be more happier :wowa:

I want to say that the whole communication with Li and Lana was amazing, hassle free, they replied very fast even though all hell has broken loose with the Coronavirus and they sorted out everything very fast and professionally. I honestly can't thank them enough.
Li and Jtime will be the only TD I'll be using for my next purchases.
I want to also thank the whole RWI community for the all the work you've put in this forum, you've made ordering a rep for a complete newb very easy. I did the research, learned everything about the watch I wanted, learned how the TDs work and have realistic expectations when it comes to communication, shipping times and the whole process.
