Finally it is time to tell my story with Trusty Time - which all in all was a great experience!
Before the raids I have ordered twice from a different TD more than a year ago, but I wasn't too happy about the communication, so I decided to give Trusty a try. He was the only dealer who had a rare watch I was looking for available on the website. Communication with Andrew was excellent, he usually replied within a few hours and even sent QC pics on Sundays. Most importantly, the watches arrived safely without any customs issues, and faster than I expected considering the lockdown issues. Check the timeline below, and if you have watches on order, be patient - I'm convinced Andrew will do everything to deliver.

4/23/22 Asked Andrew about expected delivery time, since 2 weeks had passed since last QC.
4/24/22 Received tracking number.
5/2/22 Tracking was finally active. Package was already in Europe!
5/6/22 Package has arrived safely
