First purchase from Lucy after joining RWI

Hi everyone,

After i joined this forum on 28th,june 2023 and read alot of customers reviews about alot of trusted dealers i decided to go with lucy to make an order for 3 watches which are my wish since 2014

1- Royal oak offshore diver ASPF 15707.
2- Hublot big bang unico titanium ZF A1280.
3- Rolex datejust 126334 wimbledon edition CLEAN version.

I placed the order and payment completed through Moneygram and received by her on 29/6/2023.

Communication with here was nice and she replied within hours in the same day
and confirmed receiving payment after receiving it and confirmed ordering my watches.

Wish to hhavemy watches soon specially after she employed her own watchsmith put big trust in you lucy.

Really i didn't receive them i only completed payment 29/6/2023
Once i receive them i will make a complete review about all 3 watches.

Lucy just replied to me yesterday. She is back and slowly picking up the work. Hang on.
And gave me another realization why she is slow --> she sends the pieces to watch-maker, ensures it is cleaned up and serviced and then keeps with herself for a couple days to monitor.
For QC again she does a major QC herself (she RL'ed 2 pieces before showing me the third one.)
Hang in there. You are in good hands.

I am waiting here and wish to see reponse from here soon.

And i think it is a good thing to keep watches with her for couple days to discover any flaw in the watch may occur during running.

Update

- 11/7/2023 .... sent me my QC photos for all 3 watches.

And sent hair my minor notices and waiting her reply.

All notices asking about techincal functions not problems and only one problem to see it is from scratches or dirt as not clear in photos.

Lucy sent me QC photos and the i think the dial color is closely accurate to the original one with very good alignment of all indices

I think lucy made very good QC inspection for the physical appearance of the watch and thanking here for that.
