First purchase from Andiot and first rep purchase

After discovering rep watches a few weeks ago I decided on getting a GMT-Master II 126710 BLNR "Batgirl" from Clean Factory. I looked through several of the TDs on here and chose Andiot since their price was a good bit lower than others for the same model and factory along with the good reviews and responsiveness from Elliot. I first messaged him on WhatsApp to which he responded with instructions on ordering via the Andiot website. Ordering through the site was easy and the instructions for payment were good, I paid through Wise.

Before ordering I asked how long the lead time would be for him to get it in and he said it would be 2 weeks.

Timeline:
11/2/24: Placed order on Andiot website and paid via Wise. Payment was completed instantly. Sent payment proof to Andiot via email along with my order number as requested. Within about an hour, Andiot confirmed the payment and moved my order to Processing. Now I'm just waiting the 2 weeks for them to get it in.

11/19/24 Update:
Its been a little over 2 weeks now and I hadn't heard anything else from Elliot so I reached back out for an update. He responded and said they expect to get the watch in this week and that Clean Factory is quite slow right now.

I’ve also just bought a watch from Clean so I wonder if it’s just that time of year?

Let me know when you get it in as it may indicate a 2 week period for me!

11/20/24 Update:
I actually received QC pictures from Andiot over email yesterday just a few hours after Elliot told me they expected to receive it this week. I requested some extra pictures of the rehuat as there was only one in the initial set of pictures. All the other QC pictures were very good.

11/21/24 Update:
I received the pictures of the rehaut early this morning. Alignment looked good so I gave them the go ahead to ship it.

Received tracking number today.

Thanks for the post. Keep us updated. I too am considering purchasing from Elliot. I’ve been on his website and it seems all who have purchased from him are satisfied.

12/5/24 Update:
Received the watch today and it looks great. The tracking was a little odd because it was shipped to the US with DHL then handed over to USPS for final delivery. I didn't know this and asked Elliot and he provided the USPS tracking number almost immediately. The box was in perfectly good shape but I'd probably recommend paying the little extra for FedEx unless you have the patience.

Would definitely buy from Andiot again, especially considering you're buying the same watches from the same factories from all these sellers yet Andiot charges the least.

That’s a quick turn around four weeks, thanks for posting, your post helps others to decided 10/10.

They don’t have control over the suppliers so i assume its a rush from all the different TD's, in getting the Watch from these suppliers, which are all put together by hand, hence the wait.

I also placed an order buying from his UK Stock for a VSF Daytona 126500, DD4131 movement black face waiting on QC promised for this week.

Enjoy your watch just remember its a "Rep" no one can tell unless you take it off and show them dispite any flaws, the movement in the watch is key a working watch tells time.
