First purchase, fab trio!

I'm posting here my very positive experience with RepSource UK.

I sent a message with a few questions, and I received quickly HQ pictures, PLUS a very genuine opinion about the build quality of the watches I was interested by.

After receiving guidance on how to manage my expectations of logos' alignment, indeces being more ore less perfectly parallel, etc. etc, I ordered 2 AP Royal Oak 39 ultra thin (qz), and a 33mm version for her ladyship.

The final price was VERY good, and the shipping costs were also included in the kind final offer.


I never felt any behaviour suggesting or pushing me to buy, on the contrary I received information to make my own decision, which I truly appreciate and praise (and if it's a marketing strategy, good, it works magic with me).

Payment sent on Thursday, watches shipped on Friday with tracking sent via WhatsApp, already in my hands today (Saturday).

I think the most relevant part of the transaction was the management of the expectations. For such price these watches make a lot of fun, and will see a lot of wrist time!

I hope to start simple mods and practice my learning curve on them!

I was looking for a thin cheap version of an AP with a quartz movement. This because the original model (15202) doesn't have the second hand anyway, and most of the reps are thicker than the gen.

These quartz rep don't make any audible quartz noise, and they are 8.5/8.6mm thick, which is very good.

Also, I preferred the closed back case, since it means I can change the movement and dial if I want to experiment, and the watch will still show no sign of a Miyota movement or similar mod.

I'm now awaiting a 13th purchase, and can thoroughly recommend RepSource, at this price point the watches are great, and the customer service is just as good.

For anyone living in UK as I do, it's even better, the norm is order an in stock item and pay before 8am and the watch is delivered next day or the day after.

I have tested out a few other sellers when Repsource hasn't had or can't get certain watches, and can definitely say the alternative products and service is not as good as Repsource
