I was completely new to the world of reps and had no idea that it even existed. Once I stumbled onto it, it took me a couple of weeks of exhaustive reading and research on this forum to order my Sub from Jtime. So far, the communication has been good (usually got all responses within 24 hours). My payment took some time to go through due to some bank processes (around 5 days). Once it was completed, it took around three weeks for the QC pictures to arrive, and the delay was attributable to supply delays from the factory. I was communicated this when I did follow up with Li around two weeks after payment. In a way, I am happy that I got a piece presumably from a spanking new batch. Anyways, received my QC pics earlier this week, and after careful checking, I GLed the piece. It looked absolutely lovely to my eyes. Requests for a few more pictures of the date wheel was met within the hour by Lana. Good experience from the service department, thus far.
I am currently waiting for the shipping to be done at Jtime's end and receiving the tracking number. Due to the present world scenario, I expect shipping to take a long time, but I am prepared to wait with patience as I have been doing so far.
Side note: In the meantime, just ordered another gorgeous gen watch which has been a grail watch for quite some time - the Seiko Tuna 300M Marinemaster, which is going to be a lovely tool watch partner to the incoming Sub. The Tuna is already on its way and hope to receive it by next week!
