Li and Lana have both been amazing.
Here is the timetable of events:
10/2/23 - Officially placed the order via bank transfer, sent screen shot for proof of payments transfer to Li via whatsapp & email.
11/2/23 - I made another purchase for a matching Rolex Box set with matching documents, sent screen shot for proof of payments transfer to Li via whatsapp & email.
13/2/23 - Lana contacted me via email with first QC images of the watch, however have not seen QC for the box set.
13/2/23 - Lana double checked with my shipping address and advised me that tracking number will be given within 3-5 business days.
16/2/23 - Lana sent me tracking numbers of both watch and box, with a photo of each package and parcel manifest, alongside arrival instructions and what to do if due to possible faults that might occur to the watch due to shipping mishandling.
14/3/2023 - Watch just arrived yesterday and have been enjoying it so far so good and no issue whatsoever.
