First Purchase: Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm SS AF, IWC Portuguese Chrono IW3716 ZF

Super excited as this is my first rep order. So far smooth sailing, details below:

Jan 4 - order placed.
Jan 6 - Wise transfer sent and received
Jan 6 - order moved from on-hold to processing.

Will update w QC photos when I get them, but so far so good, communication has been great, very excited to see the photos - my understanding is the Cartier is a NWBIG, IWC is a new release so who knows.

Update - was told today it will be about 2 weeks before receiving QC photos - will post when they arrive. Most of the threads here seem to post QC only a couple of days after payment confirmation from Chazingtime -

QC photos for the Cartier - its beautiful - only mild concern is there doesn't seem to be anywhere for the clasp to go. I know the Cartier clasps are weird and maybe I'm not looking at it correctly - would love any advice.

Update - sent pics of the clasp - it looks great - watch approved. Still awating QC on the IWC.

@garrettnb QC pics just came through - I think it looks great but would welcome any feedback:

Only thing I would argue against w this one is I don't think IWC makes this strap in grey. That said, likely going to buy a leather gen strap for it anyway.

Lol I was approving it regardless bc I liked the way it looked. Appreciate that you like it too - you should get one if that's your jam.

Jan 18th - order is now pending shipping. Have to say based on all the "this is not amazon" posts I see on this forum I was expecting to have a bad customer service experience no matter who I dealt with. ChazingTime has been very responsive, customer service and buying experience has been wonderful so far.

Update: Was never sent tracking, but did receive both watches today and they look amazing. The Cartier in particular is gorgeous.

The IWC has a small problem (start/stop button doesn't click down). I'm hoping it is a quick fix and my watch guy can fix it tomorrow. Little disappointing for that to happen, but it was packed well and sometimes shit happens.

Will update if the watch has serious issues, but overall great experience with ChazingTime and will likely be ordering from them again.
