Was it shipped using 4px? I am also waiting for a watch from J-time via 4px. The tracking has not changed in over 10 days, it just says shipment picked up. It’s probably normal for 4px but When you are used to DHL’s 2-3 days deliveries...

Yeah indeed by 4px, and it is kinda frustrating that you can’t see movement in the tracking status.

Mine has been stuck on “4px picked up shipment” for almost 2 weeks

Sometimes its confusing, other people who ordered later received their shipments already, while some of us are still waiting. Perhaps its an issue with 4px?

4PX works very differently from one destination to the other, they rely on local postal services for part of the package journey, so delay can vary a lot

Most likely they use a cheap/basic courrier for the local part. The irony is that I was told 4px was the only option as DHL was too slow. I guess it’s a postal Russian roulette these days.
