First purchase at JTime: IWC 3716

I ordered from JTime for the first time. QC pictures and shipping went smoothly, but the watch arrived in a condition that can only be explained as severely lacking QC.
The crown can't be turned and pulled out with normal means, the watch is off more than 60s/day and the chronograph seconds and the small seconds go at two different speeds.
No way a legit QC check wouldn't have brought those issues to light, especially the stuck crown.
All in all very disappointed in the QC regarding the movement (both ZF and JTime).
My last purchase here.

Sorry to hear that the watch loosing time too much after its arrived.
But we 100% do regulating for every each of our mechanical watch before shipping if the time difference is too off from factory and the timegraph testing showing good as well.

Sometimes bumping during shipping will cause this issue as well.
