This is my first post and was unaware that there was such a community for replica watches.
I apologise for making my first post a query about a problem I am having but was hoping that I would be able to get some insight into if this was a fixable problem. I was brought back a Chanel J12 Black from Dubai and I have included pictures to try and show specifics. The problem I am having is that after wearing the watch once, the link which connects directly to the closing clasp mechanism has split in half. I was curious if there is anywhere you can recommend to get a replacement part or a way to fix this problem.
I have been to various shops (didnt take the watch in with me) and asked if it was possible to order a replacement part. I was told that the watch would have to be sent off to Chanel and cost £55 for a single link to be replaced.
Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
Also if the way in which this has been posted is incorrect please let me know.
