First PAM; 299, 390 or 164?

I'm thinking of buying my first Panerai and i am hesitating between 3: 390 H factory v3; 164 or 299 or Noob Noob and. It is that all three are Super replicas but in vuesta opinion, what is more similar to the gen?

Can't go wrong here, i have the 299 and 390 both are awesome in their own ways. I went with a 359 imho more elegant than the 164, so many awesome Pams that are repped so well...why get just one?

Oh that looks great! I'm currently trying to decide on 2 things myself: 1. to get a manual winding marina or an automatic one, and 2. to get a strap version or a bracelet version.

My theory so far: buying a bracelet version means I can just purchase various straps latet, bit that is assuming the bracelet is any good.

Decisions decisions...

The pam 299 is the only I wear on a bracelet and it's one of the most comfortable ones out there. A leather strap is always easy to find but try finding a bracelet once you bought one with a strap :whistling:

I'm also looking for my first Pam. Can someone school me on the movements? It seems so overwhelming just to pick a Pam let alone the movements too! Is one movement more reliable than the other? Would like one with a PR. Any help is appreciated!

Go with the PAM328 on SS bracelet. Add straps later but you'll have the bracelet to dress it up.
