Just ordered from Tony. I paid by PayPal last night and asked for a confirmation. 24 hours later no reply. I guess he is really busy? Or is he always a bit late with emails?

yes dont worry, emails can take time - give him at least 48 hours, and then send him a email and kindly ask for confirmation.
