Hello RWI

First order with CTIME, payment sent the 23rd April.

27th April, QC received. Unfortunately the watch has misaligned bezel and a big gap on SELs, this same watch (SN and photos match) was rejected by another user before me, on Reptime. I pointed out the issue and Ctime swiftly confirmed they will find a new one

7th May, still waiting for QC.

I see, VSF has produced slowly, so it kept you waiting so long.

And I have to say people have different requests about watches,
the watch you don't like may be a good one for others, that's why we send rejected QC to other clients.
If it's a serious problem, we will definitely send back to factory, but unnoticeable problem like this is no need for returning it.
It's ok that you don't like it, we will still have to sell it to others,
it's rep watches after all right, if we set the standard so we will have to return 80% of the watches.

PS. we are processing the refund, bank transfer is harder for us, will take longer.
