First order with Trusty

Took the plunge on a Clean rhodium DJ from Trusty Time. Timeline below:

19/4 order
20/4 paid by transfer and confirmed received
24/4 QC received. Questioned one of the timegrapher readings (-10s/d) but still gave GL

Have chased but not heard back since… starting to get a bit nervy as general feedback here is great communication etc.

Hoping for some reassurance! Will update once moving again.

If you ordered through this site http://trustytime888.io then you are safe but if you did a Google search and found a site you may have ordered from a fake site pretending to be Trusty Time. The pic you show of the watch is using a previous Clean sticker design they used on their GMT watches.

You should reach out to them and see if they have shipped the watch and just forgot to give you a tracking number.

Update: contacted through website form and Andrew didn’t receive my GL emails. We’re back on track.

I never rounded this thread off, but safe to say everything went swimmingly from there on in. Very happy with my DJ - although already suffering the scourge of scraped up polished centre links.

Already ordered another from Andrew - great stuff.
