I placed an order for a Breguet tradition with trusty time, couldn’t wait to get the watch as I’ve been after one for years. Unfortunately Andrew got in touch and said the factory don’t have it available! Someone took the last one between me asking and purchasing, I found an alternative which I was interested in, a Glaschutte moonphase which was $100 cheaper than the Breguet. I ordered it and within a week I had the QC pictures sent, 10 days later the watch had arrived. It’s absolutely beautiful! Andrew also sent me a refund for the outstanding amount. Been a pleasure dealing with trusty time from start to finish and will definitely be ordering from them again
