Ordered a Datejust II with somewhat custom config, Andrew was very accommodating, FAST and professional. Got my watch in and sent QC photos in record time, and shipped promptly. Only wished that it had been handled half as fast at JFK, sat there for two weeks before they passed it on. Received it today, and it is all I could ask for. Due to my big wrist needed another link for the bracelet, so emailed Andrew - and yet again he responded immediately and got my link order processed in record time. Impressive service, would not hesitate in using again and recommend to anyone.
