Ordered a Clean Factory 36mm Oyster Perpetual (Oyster Pert 36mm 904 126000 SS/SS Grn Clean VR3230 (ROYP029C))

So far the timeline has been:

• 12 Jul 2024 at 13:55: Order placed
• 12 Jul 2024 at 16:07: Email received from Andrew with instructions on how to pay
• 15 Jul 2024 at 10:13: Payment sent via USDT
• 15 Jul 2024 at 13:14: Confirmation email received

Should be between 4-12 days for QC pics and 11-20 days after that is confirmed for delivery.

Minor update from a few days ago:

• 19 Jul 2024 at 14:28: Order update received but it seemed it was just confirming that the payment is ok? Seems like a double up on the email from the 15th but anyways...

Still no QC pics but we are still inside the estimated 4-12 days.

• 25 Jul 2024 at 09:00: Approved

• 31 Jul 2024 at 10:42: Another follow up email sent asking about shipping

I wonder if it's normal for this type of delay and no response.

16 Aug 2024 at 13:59: Sent an email from a different account and got a response within a couple of hours with the same QC pictures

19 Aug 2024 at 10:52: I replied approving the QC pics for the second time

19 Aug 2024 at 17:04: He replied saying:

Thanks for confirming the QC pics and we will arrange to send out the order for you ASAP.
If there are any other watches QC pics still not sent, please do be patient and it will be arranged soon.
Tracking will be provided after all the QC pics is sent for you and package shipped out after that. Thank you

I replied again saying approved please send.

I followed up again just now to check in and see what's happening with the order.

For anyone else in the same position as I was, try using a different email address. Gmail seemed to work for me.
