However after having validated my QC

Steve tells me that he cannot ship to my destination and that I must be able to clear my package myself.

But if they send via DHL normally DHL has to clear the package for me?

Have you ever been in this situation with Steve or another seller?

The QCs are of very good quality

Unfortunately after several attempts, Steve informed me that he could not deliver to my address

As a result, he refunded me the entire amount.

Too bad it didn't get to the end of the process.
