So ordered from Steve as I liked the layout of his website, (I've always bought from HONT before because of free delivery) didn't mind paying a bit of shipping with the guarantee Steve offers.
I found him polite and very communicative, received QC I believe two days later, nice slow QC video, I have to request a lume shot which he sent me the next day as a nice little video and Gave the GL.
Tracking was supplied a further 3 days later (track17) having used them before I know the updates can be a little slow but I could see the that Steve had sent the parcel on June 10th and confirmed with me via email he'd sent it with a picture of the watch and parcel sticker.
The watch arrived with me 21st June via Royal Mail, there wasn't much updates on Track 17 until it landed in the country but this isn't down to Steve so can't fault.
It was packaged very well and the watch is in great condition, very happy. Steve has advised me to leave all the protective seals on and wear for a few days before removing just to confirm everything is okay with the watch, if not I can return.
Overall, very polite and communicative, will be using him again when I want another!
